Q: How do we know the product works before purchasing?

A: We follow our grading system as shown below. All items are inspected and tested before posting.

Q: Do I qualify for local delivery?

A: We offer local delivery for a flat $5 delivery fee within a 45km radius from Fort Erie, ON.

Q: Where can I pickup?

A: At this time, we do not offer a pickup option. Hopefully in the near future once we get a physical store location!

Q: How do the gift cards work?

A: You can purchase an e-gift card. Send it electronically to whoever you are purchasing for by email.

Q: How do I return my purchase?

A: We do not offer returns or refunds. This is because all items are inspected and tested prior to posting to our website.
